Instructions

  1. Heat up a cast iron skillet or any pan will do
  2. Add your olive oil into the pan
  3. Sprinkle all the dry seasoning evenly onto both sides of the fillet
  4. Put the fillets in the pan once coated
  5. Sear evenly and until blackened
  6. Add your wedges on top for garnish
