Chickpea Blondies
Ingredients
Instructions
- In a food processor, blitz chickpeas until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup and baking soda blitz until combined.
- Add skim milk as needed.
- Stir through 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
- Spoon into a baking tin (the mixture will be thick).
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top and bake for 20 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
- Cut into 12 slices.
- Serve warm.
