Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blitz chickpeas until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup and baking soda blitz until combined.
  3. Add skim milk as needed.
  4. Stir through 3/4 of the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon into a baking tin (the mixture will be thick).
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top and bake for 20 minutes at 320°F (160°C).
  7. Cut into 12 slices.
  8. Serve warm.
