Ingredients: For the noodles:; 1 lb. (450g) ground pork; 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce; 2 teaspoons tamari sauce; 1⁄2 teaspoon Chinese five spice; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 5 oz. (140g) shiitake mushrooms, whole or halved, depending on size; 1 tablespoon fresh root ginger, grated; 2 tablespoons shallots, minced; 8.5 oz. (240g) ramen noodles, dry; For the sauce:; 2 tablespoons tahini; 2 teaspoons sesame oil; 1 1⁄2 tablespoons tamari sauce; 1⁄4 teaspoon Chinese five spice; 4 tablespoons chili oil crunch; 1⁄4 cup (60ml) reserved water from; noodles; 4 green onions, sliced, to garnish
