Name: Leek Quiche
Ingredients: For the Pastry Crust:; 1 ¾ (200g) whole wheat flour; 1 cup (115g) all-purpose flour; ¾ tablespoon salt; ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil; ¾ cup (165ml) water; 2 teaspoons lemon juice; For the Quiche Filling:; 3 large leeks, white and light green part, sliced; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 clove garlic, minced; 2 egg yolks; 1 whole egg; ¾ cup (180ml) milk; ¾ cup (85g) cheddar cheese, grated (or other)
