Name: Moroccan Cod and Bulgur Salad
Ingredients: 10 oz. (300g) cod fillets; 1 tablespoons lemon juice; 2 cloves garlic, crushed; ½ teaspoon turmeric; ½ teaspoon paprika; ½ teaspoon cumin pinch of saffron; 2 tablespoons olive oil scant; ½ cup (100g) of bulgur groats; 1 tomato, chopped; ¼ onion, chopped; 15 green olives, halved; 3 sprigs of parsley, chopped; Lemon wedges, to serve
