1. Because this means you’ve increased strength – as you get older, would being stronger be a benefit? ⁣

2. Because having a higher percentage lean mass improves your physique – would this help your overall confidence? ⁣

3. Because bigger engines burn more petrol – do you remember back to when you could eat and drink and not get a gut? Was good, hey!⁣

I want to be functional, not broken⁣

I want to be able to lift my grandkids⁣

I want to be able to eat good food, enjoy a beer and not feel guilty or fat. ⁣
