How SHOULD a coach help you?
By slowly helping you change your habits

When shit hits the fan,
I still have blow-up moments
They’re way less frequent now,
But when your daughter wakes up 2am
For an entire hour,
And yells and screams,
Crying for either her heavily pregnant mum,
Or her 3rd bottle of milk
(FK off Dad)
Even the calmest blokes lose it
𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐄𝐍
It’s not the initial emotional response that matters,
It’s what you do with how you feel
If your reaction turns into self-sabotaging thoughts
And those thoughts lead to boozing or bingeing,
Then we’ve got a problem
And in this case, we don’t need a diet,
We need to work on our self-awareness

Working on themselves and growing,
Is the best way to change your own behaviours
