Adam Overton has been inside our Academy for over a year now
To be fair, that’s not quite as long as he sat on the fence about starting
Procrastinating
Doubting he had the willpower to follow through
Asking himself why he couldn’t ‘just get motivated’
Seeing the other transformations here and wishing he could do it…
Until one day, he had enough and just ripped the scab off
Well, one year on after finally saying ‘yes’
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬, 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥
Has it been a simple, linear journey?
𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐘 𝐍𝐎𝐓!
Because it’s not meant to be…
But he and his wife Kate are so different to the stuck kids they used to be
Does Adsy still love a beer?
YEP!
But the difference now is that he has the tools AND a community around him
When he drops off, he catches himself soon enough
Or one of the boys do
