For a man of Jim’s vintage, that amount of abdominal and chest fat is dangerous.
Heart attack
Diabetes
Not yet, but I’ve seen it time and time again.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐞.
Especially when they have a loving family around them.
Jim drew a line in the sand after seeing me post a bunch of transformations.
