Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160 C or 320 F.
  2. Chop you apples into slices and fill them to 2/3 way up the pan; You can add in some raisins if you wish.
  3. Sprinkle in a good squirt of lemon juice to add some flavour and liquid to help the stewing technique.
  4. Shake in as much cinnamon and nutmeg as you like and mix it round.
  5. Put your oats into a bowl and add the vanilla extract and coconut oil. You want the oats to be coated but using the least amount of oil as possible to minimise the calories.
  6. Spread the oats right across the top of the apples and pop into the oven.
