Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and line a baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Add diced apple, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup & 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until the apples are nice and soft.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together then add in wet ingredients, stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tin and add the sliced apple on top.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked right through.
  6. Allow cooling before serving.
