Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Spray tuna fillets lightly with spray oil and then place them onto a bed of sesame seeds, pressing the fillet down to fully coat it; flip onto reverse side;
  2. For salad, toss coriander with cucumber, avocado and red onion;
  3. For dressing, combine lime juice, seeded mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl ready to pour over salad and fish;
  4. Over medium heat grill, cook your tuna to your preferred 'rareness' - don't overcook, it will dry out;
  5. Top salad and cooked fish with dressing; for presentation, check out the video below for how to do up the delicious green hot sauce you see in the pic above!
