A place where she felt in her zone of excellence. โฃ

She leaned a LOT on alcohol to escape stuff โ€“ the freedom of a โ€œpartyโ€โฃ

She was part of the initial intake in our womenโ€™s Better Body Academy. โฃ

I think she did it, because it was free (๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ)โฃ

And because she needed to do something to change, and this popped up at the right time. โฃ

She took a leap of faith and just trusted the process. โฃ
