Caramel Chai Mousse

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the base in a food processor and press into base of serving glass.
  2. Add the cottage cheese and Protein Hot mix to the food processor and blend until silky smooth, add 1tablespoon of water if mix is too thick (moving like dough rather than a paste) and set aside.
  3. In a small dish or ramekin, mix together the cinnamon and caramel.
  4. Dollop the caramel mix through the chai filling and spoon into the serving glass.
  5. Refrigerate to set.
