Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Grind the oats into a coarse powder using a food processor. Add the remaining cake ingredients and process them again. Alternatively, you can use oat flour and mix it by hand in a bowl.
  3. Pour into a large loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake for around 40 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Mix together the frosting ingredients, then spread on top of the cooled cake.
