BASE
  1. Combine protein powder, coconut flour, oats, milk and sugar-free maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Add extra milk if needed for consistency.
  3. Once combined, press into a lined slice tin.
  4. Refrigerate while making the filling.
FILLING
  1. In a small saucepan, add the protein powder, milk, sugar free maple syrup and peanut butter.
  2. Cook on medium heat until it thickens.
  3. Spread evenly over the base and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
TOPPINGS
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heat proof bowl.
  2. Pour evenly over the set slice.
  3. Place in freezer until chocolate sets.
  4. Slice into 12 pieces and serve.
