Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C) and prepare your non-stick doughnut tray.
  2. Mix protein powder in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl whisk egg whites, add in apple sauce, greek yoghurt, milk and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Evenly split mixture into a non stick doughnut tray.
  6. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
  7. While the doughnuts are cooking, combine the greek yoghurt and protein powder to make the icing, refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Once doughnuts are completely cool, ice and dip them in sprinkles.
