Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C) and prepare your non-stick doughnut tray.
- Mix protein powder in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl whisk egg whites, add in apple sauce, greek yoghurt, milk and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
- Evenly split mixture into a non stick doughnut tray.
- Cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
- While the doughnuts are cooking, combine the greek yoghurt and protein powder to make the icing, refrigerate until ready to use.
- Once doughnuts are completely cool, ice and dip them in sprinkles.
