Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Soak the dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, add dates, honey and water and blend until mixed.
  4. Pour into dry ingredients and combine.
  5. Add mixture into a lined baking tray.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over the slice (optional).
  7. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours.
  8. Cut into 8 squares, keep stored in the freezer.
