Vanilla Maple Granola Bars

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- In a food processor, add dates, honey and water and blend until mixed.
- Pour into dry ingredients and combine.
- Add mixture into a lined baking tray.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the slice (optional).
- Place in freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into 8 squares, keep stored in the freezer.
