See here’s the thing about starting your journey
At the start, you think it’s about fat loss
𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲:
Your shirts riding up, exposing your belly
You needing to loosen your belt buck to a point it’s never been
Jumping on the scales and seeing three digits
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭…
So, after sitting on the fence for months,

At the start, it’s hard,
Taking in the information and realising YOU’RE IN IT!
Being part of a ridiculously positive group almost makes you feel uncomfortable
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.
You follow the plan
The weight starts slowly coming off,
And there’s no massive restriction or need to neglect your family…
You’re about 10 weeks in, and you realise something
𝐘𝐎𝐔’𝐑𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆!
You feel more energetic
You’re sore from workouts, rather than SITTING on your ass procrastinating
You feel some level of pride around finally doing what you said you would
And you start to realise now,

It’s the entry level to a better life
A life where you believe in yourself again
